Profile
- Degree in Law or extensive experience in dealing with labor law topics
- Several years of experience in Human Resource Management in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment
- Autonomy, sound decision-making and the ability to execute both defined and ambiguous tasks
- Strong organizational and development skills, ability to multitask and collaborate with various teams and geographical locations
- You are an energetic, positive leader with a can-do mentality
- Excellent communication skills in German and English is a must
