Your tasks

Responsibilities

As Consultant Information Security, you will play a key role in developing DataGuard further by being responsible for the entire customer lifecycle for our InfoSecaaS product.

You will use our platform to advise our customers on information security in their company and create information security management systems (ISMS) "from scratch", which you will continue to support once they have been successfully set up.
You lead our customers as a trusted partner through the audit process for certifications such as ISO 27001.
You support our Sales and Customer Success Team in cross- and up-selling existing customers.
You continuously develop our InfoSec solution by providing qualified feedback to our product team.

Profile

Must:

You have already gained professional experience in the areas of IT and Information Security
You bring a hybrid InfoSec experience, in which you also have professional experience in other areas, such as sales, consulting or product
You have the will to lead a team in the future and to use your leadership experience
You have practical experience with management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, TISAX®️
You have very good communication and presentation skills in excellent English
You have a process and customer oriented way of thinking
You know the latest developments in IT and information security and are interested in data protection

Plus:

IT-oriented studies or training
Experience in SaaS or legal tech environment
Entrepreneurial spirit

Responsibilities

Als Consultant Information Security entwickelst du DataGuard maßgeblich weiter, indem du den gesamten Customer Lifecycle für unser neues InfoSecaaS Produkt verantwortest und ausbaust.

Du berätst unsere Kunden mithilfe unserer Plattform bezüglich der Informationssicherheit in ihrem Unternehmen und erstellst Informationssicherheits-Managementsysteme (ISMS) „from scratch“, welche du nach erfolgreichem Aufbau weiterhin mit betreust
Du führst unsere Kunden als vertrauensvolle/r Partner/in durch den Auditprozess für Zertifizierungen wie der ISO 27001
Du unterstützt unser Sales und Customer Success Team beim Cross- und Up-Selling bestehender Kunden
Du entwickelst unsere InfoSec Lösung stetig weiter, indem du qualifiziertes Feedback an unser Produktteam weitergibst

Profile

Muss:

Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen IT- und Information Security sammeln können
Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Managementsystemen wie z.B. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2 oder TISAX®️ mit
Du warst bereits in kundennahen Rollen tätig (Beratung, Projektmanagement, Kundensupport o.ä.)
Du hast sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills in exzellentem Englisch
Du verfügst über eine prozess- und kundenorientierte Denkweise
Du kennst die letzten Entwicklungen in der IT– und Informationssicherheit und interessierst dich für Datenschutz

Erfahrungen im SaaS oder Legal Tech Umfeld
