Responsibilities

You develop and implement legal plans to ensure compliance with domestic and international laws, supporting the company's growth objectives
You review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including those with international customers and partners, while supporting negotiations with an entrepreneurial mindset
You advise on Commercial, IP, IT law, and GDPR matters, providing guidance to specialist departments on contract documents and conclusions
You manage and resolve disputes and litigation, coordinate with external counsel, and oversee legal proceedings to achieve favourable outcomes
You collaborate with our Professional Services lawyers and Chief People Officer on projects, ensuring a legally compliant structure
You ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate legal risks by staying abreast of changes in laws affecting the SaaS industry

Profile

Fully qualified lawyer with 5+ years' experience in IT, business, and commercial law (IP, GDPR)
Skilled in navigating complex legal landscapes in the SaaS industry and international environments
Strong commercial acumen, aligning legal solutions with company growth objectives
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, delivering results under pressure
Adept at analyzing legal issues and crafting innovative solutions
Professional and proactive in client and colleague interactions
Fluent in English and German for effective legal communication and contract negotiation

Responsibilities

Du entwickelst und implementierst rechtliche Pläne, um die Einhaltung nationaler und internationaler Gesetze sicherzustellen und die Wachstumsziele des Unternehmens zu unterstützen
Du prüfst, entwirfst und verhandelst eine Vielzahl von Verträgen, einschließlich solcher mit internationalen Kunden und Partnern, und unterstützt die Verhandlungen mit unternehmerischem Denken
Du berätst zu Themen des Handels-, IP-, IT-Rechts und der DSGVO und gibst den Fachabteilungen Orientierung zu Vertragsdokumenten und -abschlüssen
Du managst und löst Streitigkeiten und Rechtsstreitigkeiten, koordinierst mit externen Beratern und überwachst rechtliche Verfahren, um günstige Ergebnisse zu erzielen
Du arbeitest mit unseren Juristen im Bereich Professional Services und unserer Chief People Officer an Projekten zusammen und sorgst für eine rechtlich konforme Struktur
Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung von Vorschriften und minimierst rechtliche Risiken, indem du über Änderungen der Gesetze, die die SaaS-Branche betreffen, informiert bleibst

Profile

Volljurist*in mit über 5 Jahren Erfahrung im IT-, Wirtschafts- und Handelsrecht (IP, DSGVO)
Erfahren im Navigieren komplexer Rechtsfragen in der SaaS-Branche und in internationalen Märkten
Hohes unternehmerisches Verständnis, um juristische Lösungen auf die Wachstumsziele des Unternehmens abzustimmen
Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, in schnelllebigen Umgebungen unter Druck Ergebnisse zu liefern
Kompetent in der Analyse rechtlicher Herausforderungen und der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungsansätze
Professionelles und proaktives Auftreten im Umgang mit Mandanten und Kollegen
Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch für eine effektive rechtliche Kommunikation und Vertragsverhandlungen
