Responsibilities

Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Kunden mithilfe unserer eigenes entwickelten Plattform rund um alle Datenschutzthemen
Du informierst unsere Kunden über Datenschutzvorschriften und Compliance-Anforderungen, bleibst dabei auf dem neuesten Stand der Datenschutzgesetze und -vorschriften und gibst Empfehlungen an unsere Kunden, wie sie diese umsetzen können
Es wird deine Aufgabe sein, Datenschutzrichtlinien, Verfahren und Leitlinien für Kunden zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
Du wirst Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzungen und Risikobewertungen für die Datenverarbeitungsaktivitäten der Kunden durchführen
Zusammengefasst übernimmst du alle Aufgaben eines gesetzlichen Datenschutzbeauftragten
Du hast Spaß daran, dein Wissen mit anderen zu teilen und fungierst als Vorbild und Mentor für weniger erfahrene Kollegen im Team

Profile

Kompetent, zuvorkommend und professionell im Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen
Mehrjährige datenschutzrechtliche Berufserfahrung
Exzellente Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Qualifizierte/r Datenschutzbeauftragte/r
Staatsexamen bzw. vergleichbarer Studienabschluss mit rechtlichem Schwerpunkt (Wirtschaftsrecht) oder technischem Hintergrund (Wirtschafts-/ Informatik)
Leistungsbereitschaft. Großes Maß an Selbstständigkeit. Aufgeschlossen für Neues. Hands-on Mentalität.

Responsibilities

You advise and support our clients on all data protection topics using our proprietary platform.
You educate our clients on data protection regulations and compliance requirements, keeping up to date with data protection laws and regulations and making recommendations to our clients on how to implement them
You are responsible for developing and implementing data protection policies, procedures and guidelines for clients
You conduct data protection impact assessments and risk assessments for clients' data processing activities.
In summary, you will perform all the tasks of a statutory data protection officer
You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and act as a role model and mentor for less experienced colleagues in the team

Profile

Several years of professional experience in data protection law
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Qualified data protection officer
State examination or comparable degree with a legal focus (business law) or technical background (business/information technology)
Willingness to perform. High degree of independence. Open-minded for new things. Hands-on mentality.
