Responsibilities
  • You will define and align team priorities, drive customer engagement strategies, and identify growth opportunities in emerging EU, UK, and US regulations.
  • You will leverage AI and emerging tech for enhanced user experience, scale design systems for consistency, and lead rapid prototyping for real-world validation.
  • You will conduct research and interviews to refine customer journeys, ensuring maximum user impact.
  • You will build and guide a team of Subject Matter Experts in Product Design, Security & Compliance, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Legal.
  • You will oversee product experience from discovery to go-to-market, set and track KPIs, and balance strategic decision-making with hands-on delivery (40% strategy, 60% execution).
  • You will report to VP of Product, drive alignment with Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM teams, and tackle complex product decisions head-on.

Profile

Must-Have:

  • 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in leadership and 2+ in B2B SaaS (ideally GRC, InfoSec, Privacy, Compliance, Edtech, or E-learning).
  • Ability to integrate content seamlessly into product experiences, treating it as a core pillar of product design
  • Skilled in structured content development, including modular reuse across various artefacts such as in-product guidance and Knowledge Centre.
  • Proficient with key content tools (e.g., MadCap Flare).
  • Deep understanding of the Content Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience designing content for indirect software sales models, where content is essential for customer support and partner enablement.
  • Strong instinct for customer advocacy, positioning, and messaging to align products with business strategy.
  • End-to-end responsibility for the product/content lifecycle from discovery to launch.
  • Experience leveraging AI to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to lead, engage in debate, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Willingness to deeply understand data privacy, information security, and compliance.
  • Strong eye for modern, user-centric design and ability to promote new developments effectively.

Nice-to-Have:

  • C1 proficiency in German and English.
  • Start-up or scale-up experience, especially in a growth-oriented role.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Amplitude, Gainsight PX.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Figma, Asana, Jira.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations, InfoSec best practices, or compliance frameworks.
  • Sense of humor, humility, and kindness towards colleagues.
