• You'll be supporting our People Team in the area of recruiting with a focus on active sourcing.
• You'll be responsible for identifying and directly approaching suitable candidates through common business networks (LinkedIn, XING, etc.) while developing your unique search strategies.
• You'll engage with specialists, capturing their interest in joining us.
• Through trusted internal collaboration, you'll understand the needs of our departments and create requirement and qualification profiles based on this information.
• By networking and reaching out to suitable candidates, you'll build a DataGuard talent pool.
• You'll observe and analyze target groups, stay up-to-date on novel trends and tools in active sourcing, and explore new recruiting channels and avenues.

• Minimum 4th semester of your studies in the field of human resources, business administration or a comparable course of study
• Analytically and conceptually strong, proactive and professional with candidates and colleagues 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in German and English
• First work experience in HR an advantage
