Responsibilities

Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer InfoSec-Lösung indem du eng mit unser Produktteam zusammenarbeitest und sicherstellst, dass unser Produkt in einer sich schnell verändernden Branche immer einen Schritt voraus ist.
Du nutzt dein umfangreiches Fachwissen, um neue Funktionen und Tools zu entwerfen, die unsere Plattform noch effektiver und benutzerfreundlicher machen.
Du berätst unsere Kunden zu allen Aspekten der Informationssicherheit mithilfe unserer Plattform und hilfst ihnen, Risiken für ihr Geschäft zu identifizieren und zu minimieren.
Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Informationssicherheitsmanagementsysteme (ISMS) "from scratch" und bietest kontinuierliche Unterstützung, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den sich ständig verändernden Anforderungen unserer Kunden entsprechen.
Du agierst als vertrauenswürdige/r Partner/in unserer Kunden und begleitest sie durch den Auditprozess für Zertifizierungen wie ISO 27001 und TISAX®, und gibst ihnen das Vertrauen, sicher zu agieren.
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Vertriebs- und Customer Success-Team zusammen, um Möglichkeiten für Cross-Selling und Up-Selling an bestehende Kunden zu identifizieren, um starke Beziehungen aufzubauen und das Wachstum zu fördern.
Du teilst dein Fachwissen mit weniger erfahrenen Kollegen und fungierst als Mentor, um sicherzustellen, dass die Qualität unserer Beratung kontinuierlich hoch bleibt.

Profile

Muss:

Du hast bereits fundierte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen IT- und Information Security sammeln können
Du bringst praktische Erfahrungen mit Managementsystemen wie z.B. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2 oder TISAX®️ mit
Du warst bereits in kundennahen Rollen tätig (Beratung, Projektmanagement, Kundensupport o.ä.)
Du hast sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills in exzellentem Deutsch und Englisch
Du verfügst über eine prozess- und kundenorientierte Denkweise
Du kennst die letzten Entwicklungen in der IT– und Informationssicherheit und interessierst dich für Datenschutz

Plus:

IT-orientiertes Studium oder Ausbildung
Erfahrungen im SaaS oder Legal Tech Umfeld

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in the continuous development of our InfoSec solution by working closely with our product team and ensuring that our product stays ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing industry.
You will use your extensive knowledge to design new features and tools that make our platform even more effective and user-friendly.
You advise our clients on all aspects of information security using our platform and help them identify and mitigate risks to their business.
You create bespoke information security management systems (ISMS) 'from scratch' and provide ongoing support to ensure they meet our clients' ever-changing requirements.
You act as a trusted partner to our clients and guide them through the audit process for certifications such as ISO 27001 and TISAX®, giving them the confidence to operate securely.
You will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success team to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers to build strong relationships and drive growth.
You will share your expertise with less experienced colleagues and act as a mentor to ensure that the quality of our advice remains consistently high.

Profile

Must:

You have already been able to gain sound professional experience in the areas of IT and information security
You have practical experience with management systems such as TISAX®️ or ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2
You have already worked in customer-related roles (consulting, project management, customer support or similar)
You have very good communication and presentation skills in excellent German and English
You have a process and customer oriented mindset
You know the latest developments in IT and information security and are interested in data protection

Plus:

IT-oriented studies or training
Experience in SaaS or legal tech environment
